Saturday drive

On our recent visit to Excelsior Springs we visited the Hall of Waters. Due to the fact that I love art deco, I found this place very interesting. The chandeliers are a must see for any one who loves this era. The building is a little run down and I wish there was more of it preserved, especially the grounds. Overall a nice place to visit and dream.

Nice piece of history

Sad this hasn’t been a water bar since 2007. Great information and beautiful architecture. Worth the time to walk around and see the history of Excelsior Springs!

Beautiful Art Deco building that is now used as city offices. Be sure to visit the water bar (not operational) and view the chandeliers. There’s a small museum that displays some of the old spa equipment.

Great history

You will enjoy the history of the Hall of Waters and while you are there, stay overnight at The Elms. The whole downtown is fun to explore.
